Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Policy: Prepayment Required: All consultations must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Payment is collected online through our secure payment system. No services will be provided until payment has been confirmed. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice: To cancel your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. The full consultation fee will be charged. 3. Reschedule Policy: Notice Requirement: To reschedule your consultation, a minimum of 12 hours' notice is required. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment time will not be accommodated. If rescheduling is requested with adequate notice, the consultation fee will be applied to the new appointment. 4. No-Show Policy: No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without notifying us in advance, the full consultation fee will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge the fee in such cases. 5. Technical Issues: Technical Difficulties: In the event of technical issues on our end, we will promptly reschedule your consultation at no additional cost. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue or reschedule if necessary. 6.
