Refund Eligibility

Pre-Consultation Refunds: Requests for refunds can be made if the consultation is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Post-Consultation Refunds: Once the service is delivered, no refunds will be issued. This applies even if the consultation is deemed unsatisfactory after the session.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If you cancel your consultation with less than 24 hours' notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. The full consultation fee will be retained.
Rescheduling Within 12 Hours
If you request to reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours' notice, no cancellation fee will apply, and your consultation fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment time will be considered a cancellation, and the full consultation fee will be charged
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without any prior notice, you will forfeit the full consultation fee. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

In case of technical issues on our end, we will work to resolve the problem and reschedule the consultation at no extra cost. If technical difficulties occur on your end, we will assist as best as possible, but no refunds will be issued.
